The latest version of Apple TV — Apple TV Take 2 is out and it’s ripe with new features (get it? Apple… ripe — it’s genius.)
The release, coming a few weeks late, is everything Apple TV users had hoped for. It’s also free, so check your Software Update from the Settings menu on your Apple TV — the new software should be there, waiting for your gentle caress.

Watch out, Wii, there may be a new, sexy white game console in town. A USPTO filing shows that Apple is considering creating its own game console — we’re going to just go ahead and guess the name right now, let’s go with… iPlay.
With gaming becoming bigger and bigger every year and some video games making more money than Hollywood blockbuster movies, it’s no wonder that more companies are considering joining the fray — those companies should all be scared of Apple though, who has managed to best just about any market it sticks its sexy, touch-sensitive hand into.

Apple has announced today the addition of a new pink iPod nano, available immediately in a 8GB model — and the ladies can hardly contain their pink-driven excitement.
The release is appropriately timed with the quiet approach of Valentine’s Day — a holiday that, luckily, is not at all about mass consumerism aimed to drive those who have no significant other into a strong depression…
But we digress — yay, pink nano!

With the Mobile World Congress show coming in days, Samsung revealed their new flaship slider phone, the Soul — a name that gets Yoga students visibly excited.
The split-screen, touch sensitive control system is a log like the LG Venus, combing a small touchscreen along with an actual keypad.

It is by far one of the most feature rich receivers we have come across recently and it delivers on the quality that Yamaha has become known for in the recent years.

Where have we seen the Meizu M8 C-002 HiPhone before. It looks so familiar. What, with its touchscreen, its big bright colorful icons, its slick black body, the almost-slicker black box it comes in.
It’s as if we knew it in a past life. What could it be? It can’t possibly be a replica of the iPhone, after all, this one is called the HiPhone — it’s not even close. Well, it’s a mystery alright.

Microsoft Corp. has officially decided that they like Japan more than the US. According to Microsoft, they will begin selling cheaper entry-level Xbox 360s in Japan to compete with the Wii and the Playstation.
The entry-level console goes on sale on March 6th for $260 dollars — which is roughly a fifth less than the least expensive Xbox 360 in Japan. The bare-bone version also went on sale in the US late last year for $279.99.
